Web account management

1. Logging to the Portal

  • a) Open the web browser
  • b) Type the url for example: http://www.calltopbx.com/pbx.
  • c) Put the username and password.
  • d) Click the “Login” button.

    2. My profile

  • a) Go to menu “My profile”
  • b) Choose the following features:
  • - Check PBX user details
  • - Change Personal data
  • - Change password

    3. Calls history

  • a) Go to menu “Calls History”.
  • b) Choose the filter You want to apply.
  • c) Click the button “Apply”.
  • d) Check the result.

    4. Payments, recharge account

  • 4.1 To check paymants:
  • a)Go to menu “Invoices and paymants history”.
  • b)Choose the filter.
  • c)Click on “Apply”.
  • d)Check the results.
  • 4.2 To recharge account:
  • a)Go to menu “Invoices and paymants history”.
  • b)Choose the paymant provider.
  • c)Choose the amount for rechargeing account.
  • d)Click on “Finish” button.
  • e)User will be redirected to paymant provider site to make the paymant.

    5. Invoices

  • a)Go to menu “Invoices and paymants history”.
  • b)Choose the “Invoices” menu.
  • c)Select the time period.
  • d)Click on “Apply”.
  • e)Choose the Invoice to download.
  • f)Save it on Desktop.
  • g)Open it with PDF reader.
