Accounts are SIP accounts which can be configured and used with:
- VoIP hardware, for example VoIP phones or VoIP adapters such as ATA’s
- SIP Communicator
- Mobile Softphones, for example softphones for Symbian/Nokia phones, softphones for IPhone/IPod systems, and softphones for Windows Mobile units.
The Basic Plan: The account is created after signing up to the Calltopbx service. The username and password can be used as a sip credentials for your SIP equipment. Configuration of the VoIP adapters purchased from our Store can be configured very easily, instructions can be found in the Portal Provisioning menu. The Professional and Premium plans: The main account is created after signing up. It can be used with any SIP device in the same way as described for the Basic plan. Via the main account, from the Portal, accounts can be added for the other lines. To do so, go to Users menu where new accounts can be created, create company structure and assign branches to accounts. Visit our how to section to find out more.
From each line/account, users can make outbound calls. Users can also receive unlimited calls from either their PBX (extension mapped to user) or from other users. Calling amongst registerd users is free.
Adding more accounts – you can add additional voip accounts from the Portal level at $10 per account per month.
