Call forwarding – find me

Call forwarding is a service that allows users to forward the incoming calls to any destination which can be for example an external phone number, an internal phone number, a PBX extension, a PBX scenario or an Inum (free internet numbers) number.

Call forwarding rules can be defined from the Portal and can be set separately for each local number (or toll free number) associated with the user’s account.

Also, what is very unique in our offer, you can set different forwarding rules depending on who is calling you. Just enter the caller ID or pick up a contact from Contacts (phone book) or choose a group of Contacts and then you can set special forwarding rules which will apply exclusively for them.

Also the forwarding rules can differ depending on whether you are busy, no answering or offline.

Thus you can configure your account that for example when your phone is busy and your customer is calling you can send the call to your collegue’s extension. When you are offline you can have calls be forwarded to your mobile.

Moreover you can record own voice messages which will be played while the call is being forwarded. The messages can also be different for each of the defined rules and thus you can have different message when your customer is calling and the call is being transferred to your collegue.

The forwarding rules are very flexible and give the callers very professional impression.

All the forwarded calls are covered by the free minutes plans the same as regular outbound calls.

Find me – you can set multiple forwarding rules with different priorities so the system will try to call each of the numbers untill one of them answers.
