Unified messaging

Unified messaging allows you to be always available using various means of communication. For example new voicemail can be delivered to your email inbox via email where you can hear the message by simply clicking on it. The message is sent to you as an Mp3 file.

The other option is to log in to the Portal and listen messages directly from there (no special installation required). Instead of sending email with a file you can receive only notification and then dial the voicemail number to hear it. Voicemail number is 950 and can be called from a VoIP phone. In our softphone clients connection to voicemail is already predefined, enough if you click voicemail button to see all your messages and then hear them.

Another option is to send notification about new voicemail via SMS to your mobile phone. Afterwards you can call the access number and connect to voicemail number (950) to hear your messages.

You can also decide when you wish to receive an sms or an email, all this can be configured depending on who has left the message. You can define phone number (callerid) and associate with particular action. Or you can choose a contact or contacts group from Contacts and set desired rule.

The same applies for the SMSes (text messages) received on your account. When you are away and cannot receive SMS on your sip device or softphone you can have the sms to be delivered to your mobile phone using outbound SMS service.

Also you can always read received SMS from the Portal.
