Autoattendants
You can configure Autoattendants through the web interface under the Receptionist menu in the Portal. They are represented by PBX scenarios which are associated with particular voice message, dial inputs and additional properties. To each phone number you can assign a PBX scenario which will play welcome message to the caller and then allows caller to choose a menu option by pressing predefined inputs for example when caller presses 1 it will connect to sales group, when presses 2 it will go to another scenario and so on. Also caller can dial a user extension if this option is checked on.
There is no limits in number of PBX scenarios you can create. The scenarios can be organized in cascades going from the main scenario down to for example scenario of a given branch or a department in a company. Every scenario can be associated also with an extension or dialled input. For example pressing 1 from the main scenario will take the caller to the Sales scenario and so on . All is configured using a graphical managment interface.
Voice prompts for scenarios can be recorded directly from the web from the Greetings menu or be uploaded as a wav file.
For each scenario you can set unique properties determining its behaviour for example number of retries on “no input dialled”, or “wrong input” etc. Also a special action can be triggered like for example automatic redirection to predefined extension, for example caller will be connected to operator if he does not enter any input or has tried to many times without success. Also the scenario can play different messages in different states, for example when caller is waiting for connection with dialed input (or extension) or when the call to extension was not successful.
