Each PBX account has own phone book stored on the server. Users can access it from anywhere after logging in to the Portal or Vippie PC. The main PBX account can divide Phone book on groups and then assign users within pbx which will be allowed to see contacts from given group only. Any contact added in different group will be visible only by the user who entered it.

You can divide the Contacts for example on departments and in addition create one main group for contacts shared by the whole company.

From the Contacts menu users can easily search for given entry. For each record can be stored information about contact such as phone numbers, email, instant messengers ID, address, www and other, also customized data.

Users can connect to the contact number directly from the Contacts by simply clicking on a number. Also they can send text message (SMS).

Another option is Two Parties conference, for example a secretary can click on a contact’s phone number and then enter another number to make them connect to each other.

Also from the Contacts menu you can send business card (v-card) through SMS.

Contacts menu is also available in the Flash Desktop Agent which allows users to quickly browse the Contacts without having to log in to the web.
