You can record voice messages directly from the web from the Portal Greetings menu. You need only a microphone, all recorded messages are uploaded on the server and can be browsed, heard and managed using the graphical interface. You can record a message and listen to it. Then you can rename or remove it and try again. There is no limits in number of stored messages.
Recorded messages can be then used when creating PBX scenario or in the Answering rules menu for example for personalized voicemail message or to be used as a greeting which is played when caller is connecting, for example in call forwarding or just to be heard instead of the ring tone.

The voice messages can be also uploaded from a wav file prepared beforehand. To do so see the instruction on the required wav format first. When the file is ready simply upload it from the Greetings menu and it will be shown in the list of your messages.
