Please notice that you are not charged for calling to the destinations covered by the monthly plan. To see the list of the destinations click here. 

The rates are per minute. The billing step is 1 second which means you pay only for the exact duration of the call. 

To check the SMS rates for sending text  messages click on the Tariff box and select SMS option.
